Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, opened items, or change of mind.
You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving your order. After this window, we will not be able to process any return request.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unopened
- It is in the same condition as received, including original packaging
- You have the invoice or valid proof of purchase

Once we review and approve your request, we will provide you with return instructions. Do not send your item back without confirmation, as it will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used nicotine pouches
- Items not in their original packaging
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery
- Sale items, discount packs, gift cards or promotional combos
